Most of our products are made from a water-based composite that doesn't contain any solvents and VOCs like regular resins.

Always make sure to check the "Dimensions & Care" section on the specific product page to see what material a specific product is made of.

It's quite comparable to stone. A little lighter in weight but still very durable. Smooth to the touch and heavier than traditional resin products.

Some of our products like the Rainbow Trays can weigh up to 2kg.

These are all different styles that can be used to make a product.

Terrazzo - is a pattern similar to the original Italian terrazzo floors that consists of small, irregular shapes embedded into the material. It's a more complex and time consuming technique thus we only make it available in products that have a flat surface.

Splatter - this style gives a final result of scattered random drops similar to flicking paint with a brush.

Mono - this style contains single colored products. 

Duo - this style contains multiple single colored sections (e.g. color block).

Swirl - this style can be best compared to a marble like pattern.

To care for your product and maintain its original appearance, we recommend cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap and wiping any strong contaminants such as wine, coffee or tea as soon as possible. Using any harsh cleaning products or harsh scrubbing will damage the surface of your piece.

Please keep your products away from harsh direct sunlight, as long exposure may lead to discoloration.

Did your item lose it's shine over time? Don't worry, you can easily bring it back by rubbing it with our sealer.

Although our products are sealed with a sealer making it water-repellant, they are not dishwasher or microwave safe.

All our products are sealed with a food safe, solvent free, non-toxic sealer making it water-repellant, not waterproof. Our products should not be used in areas with frequent water exposure.

Please note that our products are intended for decorative purposes only and should not be used for eating food or in areas with frequent water exposure.

Definitely YES! We love to customize our products to YOUR needs, without extra costs! If you see something you like, but would prefer it in different colors to f.e. better suit your interior we are more than happy to try and make it for you.

You can find a symbol with three colored circles that when selected shows an extra field for you to enter your color choices. Of course if you want to complete it with a picture or would like to discuss some options first, just contact us on social media or send us an email.

Please keep in mind that custom orders take longer for us to produce, can’t be cancelled or returned and are excluded from any discounts and/or promotions.

We try and run our business as sustainable as possible. Below are some of the things we do to minimize our impact on the environment:
- All of our packaging is completely plastic-free, recyclable and/or biodegradable
- We use biodegradable void-fill made from corn starch, which can be reused, effortlessly composted or conveniently dissolved in water 
- Our shipping boxes are mostly reused and / or made from uncolored corrugated cardboard
- Our packaging tape is made from cellulose and doesn't contain any chloride or dyes
- For branding purposes we use wooden stamps with soy-based inks
- Almost all the materials we use in the creation of our products are made from silicone, making them reusable over and over again

Furthermore our products are made from a water-based composite material doesn't contain any harmful solvents and VOCs like traditional resins or epoxies.

Handmade products take more time to make and ship (5-7 working days), but trust us - it's worth the wait!

However, if you're in a real hurry, reach out to us on social media or email, and we'll do our best to expedite your order. We will notify you when it has been sent!

Candles and products for creators are normally always in stock and ready to be shipped the next business day.

You have the ability to cancel your order as long as it's not yet shipped (in status "Processing"). You do this by going to the "Orders" page in your account, selecting the order and pressing the "Cancel" button.

It's not possible to change an existing order. In case of changes you need to cancel the original order and place a new one.
