Each piece is crafted entirely by hand, from the initial mixing and coloring to the casting, sanding, and sealing process. This hands-on approach ensures that every item has its own distinct charm and character. As a result, slight variations in patterns and colors may occur as well as the possible appearance of small air bubbles that contribute to its uniqueness and one-of-the-kind nature.
To care for your product and maintain its original appearance, we recommend cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap and wiping any strong contaminants such as wine, coffee or tea as soon as possible. Using any harsh cleaning products or harsh scrubbing will damage the surface of your piece.
Please note that the product is intended for decorative purposes only and should not be used for eating food or in areas with frequent water exposure. Find more info on the FAQ.
For candle holders: To preserve the aesthetic of your handmade candle holder, do not burn candles to the very end; leave at least 1cm above the top edge of the holder to prevent excessive heat from damaging the surface.
Customization
We love to customize our products! If you see something you like, but would prefer it in a different color to better suit your interior we are more than happy to try and make it for you. Look for the option “Make it your own” in each product. The best part of it…there's no extra charge!
Please keep in mind that custom orders can take a little longer for us to produce, can’t be cancelled or returned and are usually excluded from any discounts and/or promotions.

Handmade products take a little extra time to make and ship (5-7 working days), but trust us - it's worth the wait!
